The charming mansion offered a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, making for a pleasant stay. The location is superb, just a stone's throw from downtown. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, and the bed was less comfortable than hoped.

We had a delightful stay at The Inn At 97 Winder. The room was spacious and boasted elegant furnishings, including high-thread-count linens and spa-quality bath amenities. The bathroom featured a large, modernized glass shower that was perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the city. The continental breakfast was also a wonderful touch, offering a nice start to our mornings.

The front door access was tricky, requiring a call for entry that went unanswered. One window in my room stayed open, creating a noisy environment, and cleanliness left something to be desired with dust in corners. Plus, the air conditioning was inconsistent, swinging from too cold to uncomfortable warmth.

Loved being close to the new arena for catching a Red Wings game and a concert. The cozy common areas and cute kitchen made our stay feel like home. Breakfast options were varied and really good!

Stunning property, gorgeous breakfast, where I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi, which made my solo stay even better while being conveniently located just 40 km from Detroit Metro.

Staff friendliness varied. while the night personnel were welcoming, the morning service during checkout was sluggish. The room boasted attractive decor but suffered from a worn mattress that left us both uncomfortable during the night. Several dining options within walking distance complemented the stay nicely.

Just a great fit for a weekend getaway in Detroit with value for money. The decorative pillow on the bed had a unique scent that caught my attention. Make sure to double-check your parking with the attendant before leaving.

Good breakfast and coffee, but the WiFi did not work. Disappointed overall.

My stay was fantastic. I loved the awesome walk-in shower and the stunning decor throughout the Inn! The breakfast included one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. Overall, a great experience I'd repeat.
